By using this website or calling (617) 752-0573 you agree to these terms. They are written to be read, not skimmed past.
What this website is.
The pages here are general information about plumbing in Dedham, MA and nearby towns. They are not a substitute for an inspection by a licensed plumber, and they are not legal, insurance or engineering advice. Rules such as permits and codes can change, so confirm them with the Dedham Building Department or the state before you rely on them.
Scheduling and arrival.
Appointments are booked by phone. Same-day appointments are offered when the schedule allows. We cannot promise an arrival time, and weather, traffic and call volume can change it. You agree to give accurate information about the address, the problem and any hazards, and to ensure safe access.
Pricing and authorization.
The plumber explains the cause and the options, and you hear a clear price before work starts. Work begins only after you approve it. Prices depend on access, materials, parts and the scope of the work, so a price given over the phone is a general expectation until the plumber has seen the problem.
Licensed work.
Plumbing work in Massachusetts must be performed by a plumber licensed by the Board of State Examiners of Plumbers and Gas Fitters, and permits are issued only to licensed plumbers. You may ask any plumber for a licence type and number and verify it with the state.
Limits.
We do our best to keep the site accurate, but we do not warrant that every page is complete or current. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of general information on this site. Nothing here limits rights you have under Massachusetts law.
